During her employment at the State Attorney’s Office in Brevard County, she prosecuted hundreds of cases and gained invaluable trial experience, as well as a familiarity with the courthouse, local Judges, and other staff. She has also represented clients in divorce, custody and child support actions, from inception through to trial. In the civil law area, she has experience representing clients with various issues involving breaches of contract, unfair competition, and litigation over trust matters. She has experience with civil motion practice, discovery, mediation and trials. Finally, she has represented clients charged with numerous criminal offenses, including representation for felonies, misdemeanors and traffic infractions.
Rebecca and BRIC have been collaborating for at least two years, have worked numerous cases together, and have had extremely positive outcomes for our mutual clients in desperate need of dual diagnosis treatment services. Rebecca is an advocate for the underdog and is another one of our main go-to colleagues for the indigent population of Brevard County.
