A true lover of the outdoors, Kimberly thrives as a sailor, surfer, scuba diver and musician. Her personal motto- "You can't stop the waves but you can learn to surf" -captures both her zest for life and her approach to recovery and resilience.

Kimberly takes our behavioral activation group on outings like surfing, boxing, paddle boarding, zip lining, and ogther outdoor activities to enhance functioning in the community and activate good brain chemicals like endorphins, oxytocin, and dopamine to combat depression and anxiety among other symptoms.
