Erika is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Her clinical training includes direct work with individuals navigating substance use challenges within the criminal justice system, equipping her with valuable experience and insight into complex behavioral health needs.
Erika offers support to individuals in a range of areas, with a special focus on those caring for loved ones with trauma and chronic or complex medical conditions. She provides both practical tools and emotional support to help caregivers manage stress, avoid burnout, and maintain their own well-being.
