Barbara Edwards is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Emergency Nurse with over 17 years of experience in critical care.

A Florida native, she has spent her career serving patients in high-acuity Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit settings, where she developed advanced clinical expertise, steady leadership under pressure, and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Barbara is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. Her extensive background in emergency and critical care equips her to confidently manage complex medical needs while maintaining a holistic, individualized approach to treatment.

Outside of her clinical work, Barbara enjoys staying active, spending time with her children, and traveling. She values balance and wellness in her own life and encourages her patients to prioritize both physical and emotional health.
