Logan Ferrero

Logan Ferrero is an undergraduate student at Florida State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a growing interest in social work. A 2023 graduate of Satellite High School, Logan developed her passion for psychology early on and is grateful to be continuing her education at FSU.

Her interest in working with young people began in middle school through years of nannying and babysitting, experiences that helped shape her commitment to supporting children and families. Since beginning her internship at Beachside Recovery, Logan’s interests have expanded to include counseling adults and forensic psychology. Through her exposure to clinical work—including psychological evaluations within the criminal justice system and court-related processes such as testimony—she has developed a broader understanding of the field and its real-world applications.

In her role as a Clinical Intern at Beachside Recovery Interventions + Consulting, Logan supports the clinical team through involvement in case management, forensic-related work, and administrative tasks. She actively observes group sessions and participates in treatment team discussions, allowing her to expand her clinical knowledge and gain insight into multidisciplinary care.

Logan is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and hands-on experience, and she remains passionate about deepening her understanding of psychology while developing her skills in working with diverse populations.
